3)?Metabolic Circuit (30+ min): Start with the first exercise, #1, and perform one rep of that exercise. Then, perform two of the next exercise and back down the ladder (so, when you get to #4, perform four reps, then three reps of #3, two reps of #2 and one of #1). Just like the song! You got this!!

- Jump Squats (squats can be an alternative)
- Walking Lunges (per leg)
- Jumping Jacks
- Wall Balls
- Toe Touch Crunches
- Mountain Climbers (per leg)
- Plate Push (1 set of 12. Break it up if you have to, then back down the list)
