Today’s lesson is the ultimate way to mark your week complete!

Here’s the details:

Step 1) Warm-Up

Warm-up to a sweat, or apply our famous Dynamic Warm-UP.

Step 2) Strength

Perform 3 sets of 8 reps of the following:

Step 3) Circuit

Perform one or two (A) 8 Minute Meltdowns:

Step 4) Stretch & Cool Down
