Welcome back to Workout Anywhere. We are so proud of your progress thus far and are excited for you to take on Workout Video #2. Remember to do your dynamic warm-up first and then continue on to this incredible in home workout/travel workout. As well, if you feel up to doing some extra core work, challenge yourself to some extra core exercises after the video. Just take the total core exercises from the video and give them a couple extra sets. Or, our Four Minute Total Core Training sessions. This is the perfect, quick total core training workout video.

Workout Anywhere by RundleFit’s Weekly Workout # 2
Always complete the warm-up video before starting the workout.
Workout Two (All four exercises= one round)
Beginner- how many rounds can you get in 15 minutes?
Intermediate- how many rounds can you get in 18 minutes?
Advanced- how many rounds can you get in 21 minutes?
1. Lunge back with band shoulder press (15x per side).
2. Back row with band (for more resistance place the band around a stable object, instead of your feet, or have spread feet out to loop band around) (15x)
3. Abdominal sit-ups, or crunches. (20x)
4. Burpees (15x)
