If you’re a fan of high stakes poker, black jack or other card games, then this home workout is for you. However, your pockets are not at risk, just your calories.

The Beauty of this weekly home workout is the only equipment required is a deck of cards, a sturdy chair and one’s body weight. For the most part, one’s body becomes the gym. Whether playing the game as a home workout, travel workout or on a work break, be sure to do the warm-up, maybe an additional Four Minute Total Core session and stretch for optimal results.
