No Gym, No Problem! Top Fitness Trends of 2014 Are For Anyone and Can Be Performed Anywhere

Are you bored with the gym?  Are exercise classes becoming monotonous?  If you’re feeling this way, you’re not alone.  In fact, according to the American College of Sports Medicine’s recent survey of the top 20 fitness trends for 2014, gym and typical class-style fitness solutions were missing from the top rankings.

What are the major fitness trends for 2014, you ask?  The answer may suprise you.  An overwhelming number of Americans are seeking more practical, yet effective, workouts without the confines of a gym or class.  Read on to learn the top fitness trends for 2014.

In fact most Americans agree that the top Fitness Trends of 2014 are fat blasting home workouts, travel and anywhere workouts.  Due to the incredible, time-saving results that only require a small or free investment and almost no equipment.  (This statement was recently published by the American College of Sports Medicine’s top 20 fitness trends review for 2014).  None of the “old school” workout methods made the list.  Read on to learn what programs did and how they can benefit you.
