The Fat Torching Bodyweight Workout

Time for some extreme Fat Torching! Best of all, you can do this home workout anywhere. Members use our bodyweight workout routines while traveling, outdoors, during work breaks and just about anytime, and anywhere.

Here’s the details:

Step 1: Warm-Up

Step 2: The Fat Torching Chipper Workout:

Intermediate: 80 Reps
Advanced: 100 Reps

  • 1) Plank Jacks 
  • 2) Side to Side Push-Ups
  • 3) Sit-Ups 
  • 4) Door Frame Rows (80/100x each side)
  • 5) Gate Swings 
  • Optional Badge Bonus: Burpees at the prescribed reps
