It’s the most wonderful time of the year! With all the joy, celebrations and festive foods this time of the year brings, It’s easy to let your fitness go to the back burner. That is why your Workout Anywhere Coaches (Team RundleFit) have devised the ultimate 12 Days of Fat Burning Workouts You Can Do Anywhere!

Simply come to this page for the next 12 days to get your new daily lesson. Workouts will either be an explained list of exercises in a particular Workout Anywhere format, or a full-length workout video. The beauty is,  you can do these “at-home fat burning workouts anywhere! Plus, they’re formatted for all-levels!

Day 1

Inspired by yesterday’s boot camps, it’s time for some lunges and so much more! Complete 100 reps of all exercises (beginners can perform 50 and the appropriate variation with the “B.”) One must complete the exercises in order, before moving on to the next exercise.

Step 2) Workout

  1. 100 Walking Lunges or Squats (Chair Squats are fine too for B)
  2. 100 Push-Ups or Knee Push-Ups (Wall Push-Ups are fine too! (B))
  3. 100 Jumping Jacks
  4. 100 Double Crunches or Crunches (B)

Step 3) Mobility/Stretch/Cool Down

Day 2) 

Day 2 of the 12 Days of Fitness and Fat Burning Workouts You Can Do Anywhere is back. Below is a member favorite cardio workout from one of our 12 week fitness plans. No treadmills, elliptical, bike or equipment needed. Simply follow the video below to feel the pre-holiday burn!

It's already Day 7 of our 12 Days of Fitness with fat burning at home workouts you can do anywhere! Today is the perfect example of fat burning exercises that simply burn fat, build lean muscle and improve one's overall health and fitness level.

Here's the game plan:

Step 1) Warm-up with the warm-up above.

Step 2) Workout Details: Complete 6 (3 for B, 4 for I) rounds for time of:

  1. Push-Ups or Knee Push-Ups x12
  2. Australian Pull-Ups x12
  3. Plate Push x1
  4. Goblet Squats
  5. Minute Plank

Step 3) Stretch & Cool Down

Day 8)

Step 1) Warm Up

Make that Dynamic Warm-Up above a staple to your training regimen! It works every time!

Step 2) 

Follow the full length cardio video to feel the burn and melt stubborn body fat.

Day 9)

Let's crank up the intensity on Monday's workout. There's a twist too! Here's the game plan:

Step 1) Warm-up with the warm-up above.

Step 2) Workout Details: Complete 6 (3 for B, 4 for I) rounds for time of:

  1. Push-Ups or Knee Push-Ups x12 or Plyo Push-Ups (for advanced levels) x12
  2. Australian Pull-Ups (with a two second pause on each rep) x12
  3. Plate Push x2
  4. Goblet Squats (with a two second pause on each rep)
  5. Minute Plank (control your breathing and tighten your core with every exhale!)
