How does one travel with your home workouts?
Our programming is the perfect blend of bodyweight exercises, and transportable, yet affordable devices. In fact, we only recommend three devices that provide an unlimited/low-cost workout variety (bands, suspension trainer and medicine ball). The suspension trainer may sound intimidating, but its perfect for all levels, can be attached anywhere and literally replaces a full gym (as long as you follow our programming). In addition, this device can be made or inexpensively purchased.
What comes with my membership?
All of our memberships include our full database of workouts, Jessica's Cleaner-Leaner Recipes, fitness challenges, sample meal plan, coaching community, coaching alerts and 12 Week Training Course (beginner, intermediate and advanced training journeys).
Membership levels vary by additional meal plans (including our revolutionary 7 Day Detox), custom meal planning and one-on-one coaching sessions.
What's included in the meal plans?
Our meal plans include the layout of a typical day's meals and are separated by portions and meal times. With each meal plan comes a grocery list and approved foods list. In addition, we provide access to Jessica's Cleaner-Leaner Kitchen recipes for a wide variety in healthy meals.
Are the workouts on DVD's?
We've avoided DVD's because DVD's are being phased out and not really beneficial for working out anywhere. Our workouts stream to mobile phones, tablets, computers and televisions and come in tutorial and full-length styled workouts videos. In addition, we will have an app soon!
Are there refunds?
There are no refunds, but we do offer trials on occasion, including our famous 30 Day Free Trial! Plus, most real training programs do not offer refunds for fitness training because this is a commitment to better one's self, their health and overall well-being. Our program works, we'll be here every step of the way. All anyone has to do is make a small, affordable commitment.
