Suspension Trainer Mt. Climbers Exercise

Crank up the intensity level on those EPIC Mt. Climbers by adding the Suspension or Bodyweight Trainer. This is one of the recommended pieces of equipment by Workout Anywhere, because it literally replaces any need for weights.

For an added benefit to core training, use the suspension trainer for Mt.Climbers. This will increase the difficulty, engage the entire core and add an aerobic element to the traditional Mt. Climbers.
