You’re right on track and just about ready for your first workout. One of the key differences between our programming and others, is we’ve mastered the art of time efficiency without sacrificing results.

Below is the formula we use for all programs (except for the new strength trainer). Whether it’s our new Workout Anywhere of The Day, 12 Week Bodyweight Trainers, Original 12 Week Trainers (Bodyweight + Minimal Equipment), 6-Week Strength Trainer or Freestyle Options, below is how one should train to make the most of their valuable time.

Training Options 

  • Freestyle Board (FREE & all level options available) - Pick and choose your favorite Workout Anywhere workout
  • Workout Anywhere of The Day (Only $9.97/Month. Beginner variations are provided, but the daily schedule follows the Intermediate / Advanced Training Track) - Get Access to the same workouts our private training groups receive. This is a cycled, methodic training program proven to equal major results. Includes optional, bonus components too (such as as an optional strength section.
  • Training Plans / Ebooks (Only $27 for 12 weeks of daily training lessons) - Choose from either our beginner, or int. / advanced plans. In addition to the ebook, receive weekly email lessons and access to the on site virtual course. This is the trifecta of online training.
