Step 2 – Training Calendar

Welcome back! Over our tenure of training and over combined 20 years of training experience, we’ve developed the ultimate scalable, graduation process adequate for true beginners, to advanced fitness levels. In fact, we were one of the first programs to provide this in an online format back in 2012.

The main difference between true beginner, intermediate and advanced programming is the frequency of higher intensity workouts. Don’t be alarmed, higher intensity doesn’t necessarily mean high impact.

In fact, we will always provide an appropriate variation (if you ask), or alternative when needed. High intensity is just a necessity for burning body fat. Unfortunately, lower intensity aerobic workouts do not do an adequate job of burning fat! They’re great for your overall health and cardiovascular health, but for body composition, aerobic training is neither efficient or effective.

Unfortunately, one should not perform higher intensity workouts on a daily basis. There needs to be balance in the “smart training” schedule to avoid burnout and Overtraining Stress Syndrome. You would be AMAZED at how many POP home workout programs jeopardize this principle to make one feel like they’re getting results.

In reality, if one is gradually progressing, they’re changing at the same rate. The only difference, gradual progress is a SUSTAINABLE approach to living a happy, healthy lifestyle.  Yes, we went through this journey too. 😉
