- One Scoop of Vanilla Protein (Progenex Iso 100 works best)
- Tbsp. Truvia
- Pumpkin Pie Spice (1-2 tsp.)
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Blend ingredients in blender and serve. I know this sounds beyond simple, but that’s all this recipe requires. For a slightly better consistency, put almond milk and ice in first, then gradually add the other ingredients.
