Try The Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake. Jessica’s Cleaner, Leaner Kitchen has created some marvelous craving busting recipes.  Whether it’s low carb/low fat lasagna,wraps, cookies or on-the-go meal options, Jessica can create any recipe to fit any dietary need.  The Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake is no different and satisfies a small meal or snack sized protein and caloric demands.  In addition, the pumpkin pie shake will curb sweet cravings in a festive Fall way.

Ingredients:

  1. One Scoop of Vanilla Protein (Progenex Iso 100 works best)
  2. Tbsp. Truvia
  3. Pumpkin Pie Spice (1-2 tsp.)
  4. 6 ice cubes
  5. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

Blend ingredients in blender and serve.  I know this sounds beyond simple, but that’s all this recipe requires.  For a slightly better consistency, put almond milk and ice in first, then gradually add the other ingredients.

Now, simply enjoy the Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake.
