What motivates you? Every Motivation Monday, Team RundleFit will post pieces of fitness motivation and inspiration on their Facebook page or Pinterest to help inspire those with or without fitness goals. Whether one’s goals are big, small, competitive, personal or life changing, all are important and can be spurred on by the simple post of something positive. This doesn’t even have to be from Coach Justin or Jessica Rundle. Anyone can share their positive encouragement and motivation on our pages.
Goals are often completed accomplished when the advice and aid of others is shared. With that said, here are a couple key points that can aid in the outcome of one’s fitness goals and spur on the ultimate Motivation Monday!
Remember, no gym, no problem!
A home gym can be a valuable tool in helping you reach your fitness goals, but it’s certainly not a requirement. In fact, over the years as fitness professionals, we would have to agree that the majority of gym goers, or people with home gyms don’t even know how to correctly perform exercises or use equipment properly. If technique and precise form are of little regard, then gym equipment should sit on sideline. Not only is one putting their self at risk of injury, but the effectivness of the exercise is diminished without proper form and technique. As well, if one’s fitness goal is for improving fitness, increasing muscle tone and to burn body fat, then a single piece of gym equipment is not actually the most effective and efficient method of training. To effectively dominate one’s fitness goals, one needs to adopt the “No Gym, No Problem” mentality, because effective, functional, real life workout routines are meant to be done anywhere.
The Most Motivating Home Workout System
Workout Anywhere by RundleFit is the perfect in home workout program, at work or traveling fitness solution. Every workout consists of a new total body workout circuit that only lasts 15 to 30 minutes. Workout Anywhere’s Team RundleFit even provides Eight Minute Meltdowns, and Four Minute Total Core Training sessions for maximum efficiency. This circuit uses body weight movements and occasionally incorporates highly versatile/transportable pieces of equipment (bands, suspension trainer, etc.).
Motivation Monday is about staying focused, positive and motivated.
It’s not always easy to get your fitness routine in, but it’s certainly doable. With incredible “At Home Workouts” by RundleFit or a quick run, bike or pick up game, fitness is always available. It just needs to be a priority. Use Monday as an opportunity to start your week off strong, positive and encouraged. Doing this will shape the outcome for the rest of the week and ensure fitness excellence when repeated.
