Camille's Stuffed Peppers

As our Workout Anywhere member Camille elegantly said, “Stuffed peppers, they’re so hot right now!” Thanks to her, we have an amazing, delicious and nutritious stuffed pepper recipe our community and your whole family will love!

Camille’s goal was to make a nutritious recipe that is both extremely tasty and shareable for the Super Bowl. Read on to find out how she made them and how you can make them too!

Camille's Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ground turkey
  • chopped mushrooms
  • onions seasoned with garlic
  • pepper
  • cumin
  • chili powder
  • smoked paprika

Directions:

Bake at 350 for 10 min, sprinkle w/cheese and bake another 5 minutes. Top with non-fat, plain, Greek yogurt.
