Leg Curl with Ball Exercise

Leg curl with a ball exercise is the perfect exercise for strengthening and toning your hamstring muscles along with your calves, glutes and hip flexors.

  1. Lay on the floor on your back with your arms at your side.
  2. Place your feet on the ball.
  3.  Raise hips into the air (Keep your core tight.)
  4. Roll the ball in and then back out with control.
