Monday Workout Anywhere of The Day Lesson-O

Game time Jeff & Mark!

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min): Go Through our favorite >>> Dynamic Warm Up <<<

2) Strength Phase (15 min): 4 sets of 10 of the following:

Workout Flow:

Squats (use a bar on your back or two Kettlebells or Dummbells in the front rack position if you’re advanced)

Walking Lunges or Step Ups

Side Kicks

Monster Walks

Exercise Ball Hamstring Curls

3) Metabolic Circuit (16 min): 

10, 9, 8, 7…. (go to zero for time)

Squats or Squat Jumps

Jumping Jacks

Mt. Climbers

Your score is your finishing time (please practice perfect form on every exercise).

4) Four Core (4 min):
