Interval running and training is the most effective way to burn fat and calories.
Try intervals the next time you run. Sprint for 30-60 seconds and then walk 60-90 seconds. Repeat sprints 10 times. Always warm up before your workout. Cool down and stretch post workout.
Running is a great anywhere workout. No equipment needed.
