How To Perform Resistance Band Push Ups

Resistance Band Push Ups - Workout Anywhere

Thanks to our wonderful Workout Anywhere members, and feedback from our training community, we’ve moved forward on our home strength series. Even better, most of the exercises and workouts can be completed anywhere and at anytime.

For example, take our Resistance Band Push-Up demonstration. This is part of our Push-Up Week series and is the ultimate push up for increasing lean muscle and mass in the chest, arms and shoulders. In addition, it’s a great core exercise too.

Workout Details

Simply follow the video and remember to:

  • This is an advanced movement, so master push-ups first
  • Keep the core tight
  • Breathe out with every press
  • Follow the guidelines for band placement

Try this exercise for 6-12 reps, 3 to 4 sets through to maximize resistance band push-ups.
