Honestly, why shouldn’t we. Weight management has never been easier. Through living Paleo, we’ve naturally cut out food intolerances/allergies and feel better than ever. All of this has been possible without fad diets, extreme weight loss plans, cleanses, expensive supplements and of course liquid dieting. Living Paleo embraces what our ancestors consumed and doesn’t veer to far from these principles.
In addition, one of the fastest growing fitness phenomenons and overall lifestyle programs: CrossFit, has made Paleo living a staple to their programming. Millions has been dumped into nutrient dense food research, to only find that the more natural the food, the more success one will have with reaching their best health.
Basically, portion control is still a must when living a Paleo lifestyle. That’s where the Zone Diet comes into play and helps users properly segment their plate towards essential macro and micronutrients. In spite of eating whole foods and raw, natural organic foods from the source, portions still need to be practiced for optimal performance and weight loss. Even too much of a good thing can be bad.
