Repeat this full body workout routine 3 times. Try and move through the movements as quickly as possible while maintaining good and proper form.
Remember to warm-up (to a sweat) before starting any workout and end with a cool down and stretch. To see some examples, check out our Workouts Page.
Once warmed up, continue with the no weights, no equipment, full body workout.
