Are you ready for the ultimate Full Body HIIT Workout? With just six rounds of this workout, you’ll burn massive calories and target some of those stubborn muscles everyone wants to train. Plus, you’ll get more functionally fit which only makes life better.

To begin, warm up with our exclusive dynamic warm-up. Then, watch the video…

Next, proceed with the workout as follows:

Workout Details: Complete 4 (B), 5 (I) or 6 rounds for advanced, of six exercises of the following:

-Star Jacks (A) or Jumping Jacks ( I ) (Stationary Jacks work too for B)
-Push-Ups With Yoga Twist (from knees works well for beginners)
-Planks With Side Toe Taps
-Gate Swings (A) or Squats for (B or I) a sturdy chair can be used to sit back in
-Australian Pull-Ups (adjust body angle up or down to vary the intensity)
-Alternating Lunges (for beginners, use the suspension trainer to assist you or stick to squats)
