Why you can train your core in four?

Total core training is about developing a toned, balanced and strong core.  This is much more then just six pack abs.  Core training is really about strengthening one’s foundation.  One’s core controls or assists just about every physical function or movement imaginable.  Unfortunately, working solely for six pack abs can be a misleading concept.  Rarely do pure abdominal exercises target the lower back, hips and obliques.  The solution, Workout Anywhere’s Four Minute Total Core Training.

Getting Started

To get started on ultimate core training, Jessica will take one through four total core training exercises, for four minutes.  For most, this is a sufficient core training routine.  However, if you need more, go for two rounds of this workout or add another one of the core training routines to the mix.

For true beginners, feel free to push hard, but relax when necessary.  Pick back up where you can and just focus on improvement each session. Healthy lifestyles are not built in a day, a week or even a month.  Generally, healthy lifestyles are an ongoing process of constant improvement.
