Welcome back! It’s another Workout Anywhere Wednesday, and today’s workout is simply TOUGH! Either grab a partner, or if you’re a beast, complete this workout of the day solo.

Find a partner and complete all 100 reps of each exercise before moving on to the next. One partner does the work, while the other performs one of the active rest exercises. Strategize to split up this routine accordingly (either 50/50, 80/20 or however your team wishes to finish the WOAD).
If you’re a beast and going at this solo, complete all 100 reps on your own and add weight to your bodyweight exercises (optional).
