Day 7 – Cardio Workout Anywhere of The Day 

Welcome back team! Today is an all-new, fat burning, cardio workout for anywhere. Read the directions below to get started.

Workout Details: Stair Triplet

Find your favorite stair well, and run (two feet touch each stair) the first flight. Hop the second, and stride (big step, skipping one or two stairs).

Repeat this pattern for 10, 15 or 20 minutes if you’re a BEAST!
