Time to turn it up this Tuesday with an all new core and cardio interval workout. Let’s go team!

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min): Go Through our favorite >>> Dynamic Warm Up <<<

2) Strength Phase (0 Min) Off for today.

3) Metabolic Circuit Interval Workout:

Go for 1 minute on, then 30 seconds off or the following:

  • Jumping Jacks 1 Min
    • Rest 30 Sec
  • Double Crunch 1 Min
    • Rest 30 Sec
  • Mt. Climbers 1 Min
    • Rest 30 Sec
  • Supermans 1 Min
    • Rest 30 Sec
  • Heismans 1 Min
    • Rest 30 Sec
  • Core Plank 1 Min
    • Rest 30 Sec
  • Row 1 Min
    • Rest 30 Sec
  • Burpees 1 Min
    • Rest 30 Sec
  • Repeat x2

4) Four Core (4 min): Off for today.

5) Stretch & Cool Down (4 min): Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic one to two times through
