Day 3 – Workout Anywhere of The Day

Stretch And Recovery

1) Warm Up

Either use our Dynamic Warm Up, or move until you’re at a sweat.

2) Workout

20 Minute AMRAP (12 reps per exercise) of:

Push Press
ManMakers
Air Squats
Double Crunch
400M Lap

3) Core & Stretch

Finish with a Four Minute Total Core Training video and stretch.

Great job today! Don’t forget to post how many rounds of the workout you made it through (plus how you felt with the movements/workout).
