Step 1) Warm-Up
Warm-up to a sweat, or apply our famous Dynamic Warm-UP.
Step 2) Strength
Perform 3 sets of 6 reps of the following (heavier weight):
Step 3) HIIT Friday Workout:
Go 5 rounds and try to complete as many quality reps as possible in 30 seconds of rest (move to the next exercise) of:
- Mountain Climbers
- Box Jumps
- Double Crunch
- (run or walk for 30 seconds, then repeat)
