Cucumber Avocado Salad

Cucumber Avocado Salad will fit right into your Eat Clean Meal Plan.  It is fresh and made with whole food ingredients. The perfect blend of avocados, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta cheese topped with bacon bits is a mouth watering delight. William approves of this recipe too, so I am sure your whole family will love it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cucumber seeded and chopped
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 5 TBSP Feta Cheese
  • 3 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 2 Sprigs of Fresh Dill chopped
  • 2 TBSP Bacon Bits
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Combine above ingredients into bowl and stir together.
  • Enjoy!
