Brownies: Healthy Style

These brownies are healthy, low sugar, all natural and cooked to perfection.  A guilt free Father’s Day dessert the whole family will love.

Even with the improved nature to these brownies, please practice portion control.  If you cannot, throw them away or don’t bother making them.

Ingredients:

  1. brownies: healthy8 oz. almond butter
  2. 2 egg whites
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1/4 cup honey
  5. 2 tsp. vanilla
  6. 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  7. 1/3 cup unsweetend cocoa powder
  8. 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Pre heat oven to 375. Mix ingredients in the order listed above. mix thoroughly after adding each ingredient. pour into a 8 x 8 greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poking in the center.
