Four Core Outdoor Ab Workout Details:
In this video, you’ll perform four exercises, for one 30 sec each, then repeat.:
- Concentrated Core Plank (30 sec)
- Supermans (30 sec)
- Flutter Kicks (30 sec)
- Sit-Ups or crunches (30 sec)
Do your best and perform as many quality repetitions as possible during each exercise minute.
